Arrival and departure
We will be happy to help you load and unload your luggage on your arrival and departure, just let us know.
Bedding
Our duvets and pillows are made from down fields. If you suffer from an allergy, please let us know, we will be happy to change the bed linen for people with allergies. An additional (harder) cushion can be found in the closet if required.
Breakfast times
Our breakfast times are from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. If you would like to have breakfast earlier or later, this is possible by arrangement.

Entrance
During our restaurant hours you are welcome to use the main entrance or the hotel entrance (wooden door in the adjoining building).
From approx. 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and on our rest days, we ask you to use either the hotel (night) entrance (wooden door in the annex building) or the entrances at our terraces. (card reader on the wall).

Nearest gas station: towards Bramberg ÖMV gas station (approx. 2km) In Neukirchen directly on the main road
Guest Card
Our room rates include the National Park Summer/Winter Card. (www.nationalpark-sommercard.at/de/informationen-sommercard )
This includes many discounts in the region (e.g. national park taxi to the Habach Valley, etc.) a corresponding folder is available at reception
Habach Valley
we are at the entrance to the Habach Valley, the only emerald deposit in Europe. The Habach Valley can be reached on foot or by taxi. Cross the Salzach and follow the road. There is a car park at the beginning of the valley, where you can park your car or get in a taxi. Highly recommended is the Emerald - hiking trail to explore the Habach Valley.
Hair dryer
Each room is equipped with a hair dryer. You will find it in the bathroom or wardrobe in a bag with the inscription 'Fön'
Heating
Our rooms are heated by central heating (wood chips - environmentally friendly). You are welcome to regulate the temperature directly on the radiators as you wish. There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms. This can be regulated on the thermostat (mounted on the wall). There is an ON/OFF button on the thermostat - please press and hold it longer. When the temperature is ramped up, the light is red - when the temperature is reached, the light is green.
Hiking
There are endless opportunities to explore the Hohe Tauern National Park to choose from. If you need a hiking guide, a selection is available at our small reception. Guided tours can be organized through the National Park Center in Mittersill.
Hotel cosmetics
Our hotel cosmetics from the Salzburg company be (...) my friend (www.besoapmyfriend.com) are purely organic and therefore foam a little less than conventional products. Using less is better for your skin and for the environment. 2 pumps is enough for the whole body. 1/2 pumps for hand washing. We also provide a fine body lotion and conditioner.
You are also welcome to purchase these high-quality products from us.
Information material
Information material about the area and activities can be found at our reception or information board on the ground floor by the lift. Magazines and daily newspapers are also available for you.

Jogging --> running
There are some running routes in the immediate vicinity. The route along the Salzach is highly recommended. We're here to help.

Minibar
Your room has a minibar. You will find this built into one of the closets in the room. The minibar is stocked with still and sparkling water, these are free of charge. We would be happy to stock your minibar with other drinks on request (please contact us). Night entrance You will find the night entrance in the adjoining building (former horse stable). Located to the right of the main entrance - wooden door. The card reader is on the wall of the house. On the left - down the steps - is the lift.
Natural swimming pond
You can reach our large natural swimming pond on foot via the Franzl-Weg.
Starting point: at the upper outdoor terrace (elevator exit, 2nd floor)
You can use the facility daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please use the green bath towels for this. For these towels we take a deposit of 20 euros/towel, which you get back when you return them. Please do not hang your wet bathing suit over the balcony railings.
Old laundry room/smoke room/fireplace room
These rooms (small day room and lounge) are exclusively available to our house guests - around the clock - and are accessible with the room card. It is the small house next to our archway - accessible via the inner courtyard. Here you are welcome to prepare a cup of tea or take drinks from the fridge (just write them down). We would be happy to heat up the fireplace for you. You are welcome to stay here after the curfew in the restaurant.
Children and young people (up to the age of 16) can only stay if accompanied by adults. We ask for your understanding that you cannot consume food and drinks that you have brought with you.
Parking
Parking is free for our house guests. Covered parking spaces are marked and reserved for you. You will find them on the right (covered) side of our parking lot. There is a marked parking space in front of the entrance arch for people with disabilities. You are welcome to drive up to the archway to load and unload your car. It is also possible to unload luggage via our night entrance.
Pets/ Dogs
Dogs are generally allowed with us. However, out of consideration for our other guests, we ask you NOT (!!!) to let the dog sleep in the bed or on the upholstered furniture. Please use a dog blanket or dog bed. A maximum of one dog is allowed per room . We ask that you do not bring your dog into our parlors in the restaurant area - this is prohibited. You can bring your dog to eat in our front building on the ground floor or in the guest garden - please let us know in advance.

Public transport
Directly in front of the Weyerhof (on the main road - if you pass our wall over the arch) there is a bus stop called "Weyerhof". The Habachtal/Weyerhof train station is right next to the Salzach Bridge (towards Habachtal). If you want to stop, press the button at the bus stop! Timetables are posted at the stops and are also available at our reception.

Closing days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays On Wednesdays, dinner for our house guests is possible by arrangement and by prior arrangement. We kindly ask you to let us know if you would like to dine in the restaurant so that we can reserve a table for you.
Safe
In your room there is a safe for valuables. The safe can be locked with a numerical code. Larger items can also be locked if necessary (please contact us).
Shopping/ Opening times
The nearest shops for shopping are in Bramberg am Wildkogel and Neukirchen am Großvenediger. The opening times are mostly Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Ski bus
A free ski bus runs several times a day from Neukirchen to Hollersbach during the winter season. Bus schedules can be found at our reception.

Ski room
Our ski room is located right next to the covered parking lot (carport) and can be opened with the room card. There you can store your equipment and dry your ski boots.
Sleeping comfort --> upholstery
Since the demands of our guests in terms of sleeping comfort vary greatly and your good night's sleep is important to us, do not hesitate to contact us. Our rooms are equipped with harder mattresses - if you prefer to sleep softer, it is possible to put on a softer topper. We also have different options for the cushions. We're here to help!
Slippers:
Slippers are provided for you. The Weyerhof slippers are available in 2 sizes: golden yellow: small, gray: large If you need a larger/smaller pair, we will be happy to change them for you. Please note that our rooms have reclaimed hardwood floors which are prone to splintering. You are therefore welcome to use our slippers in the rooms.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the house and in our fireplace room.
However, our outdoor terraces and balconies are accessible to our guests with the room card, and ashtrays are also available.
We ask you to comply with this.
In the event of non-compliance, we will charge a fine of 250 euros.
Surprise menu
Our surprise menu 'Weyerhof' (Carte Blanche) in 5 or 7 courses is only available if ordered in advance (at least 1 day in advance).
Please let us know if you have any intolerances or dislikes.
Swimming
You are welcome to use our in-house natural swimming pond (accessible via the Franzl-Weg - starting point at the lift exit on the 2nd floor). Open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (please use the green bath towels - we charge a deposit on the bath towels, which will be refunded to you upon return and departure). Tiled stoves
In some rooms there are traditional tiled stoves. These are ELECTRICALLY heated. The temperature can be regulated on the side via a control panel.
Toboggan run
You will find the longest toboggan run in the world in Bramberg. Access is via the Smaragdbahn in Bramberg am Wildkogel, and you will also find various toboggan rentals at the valley station. The toboggan run is also illuminated in the evening .
Upholstery/pillow
If you want a (second) harder upholstery, you will find it in the box (cupboard).
Water and minibar
There is a minibar in your room, which is only filled with mineral water by default - the water is available to you free of charge and we will be happy to fill it up.
Since we have our own spring, we recommend drinking this as still water from the tap.
If you would like your minibar to be stocked with certain drinks (wine, beer, etc.), please let our service staff know.
Wellness
The Tauerntherme in Kaprun is recommended for a little wellness. Cosmetic treatments or massages can be organized for you.
Windows
Our house is equipped with traditional handcrafted box windows. Heat and sound insulation works best when both the inside and outside windows are closed. This is especially important in winter.
Windows --> Skylights
In the attic, the skylights can be opened and closed electrically using a touchscreen remote control. The remote control is located on a wall bracket in the appropriate rooms.

Wooden floors
In the rooms we have laid spruce wooden floors which we have brushed and recycled. Since these are beautiful, but unfortunately can splinter a bit, we ask you to make sure that you only walk on them with slippers (available in the room).
